We offer a free pricing calculator and a paid downloadable planner kit. The kit combines planning tools with promotion templates so you can move from a budget to preparing your workshop.
How we write our guides
Our guides use transparent, worked examples to explain the calculations. Illustrative figures are labelled and are not customer case studies, local market price surveys or earnings promises. We distinguish paying yourself from the profit left over.
How the calculations work
Profit is revenue less costs, including your chosen pay. Break-even attendance uses each ticket's contribution after variable costs to cover fixed costs. The calculator page explains the formulas and exclusions. Actual results depend on your inputs and bookings.
