Before you start.

What is free, and what comes with the kit?

The video and example on this page show how the approach works. The kit includes the editable desktop planner, target-profit pricing, attendance comparisons, local saves and backups, budget exports, a quick-start guide, and promotion templates.

Is this a subscription or an online account?

Neither. The planned price is CA$39 before tax for a downloadable kit. Open the planner in a current desktop browser and reuse it offline for your own workshops. Save backups to keep your plans safe.

Does it sell tickets or guarantee profit?

No. It helps you plan using the figures you enter. It does not take bookings, predict demand, send promotions, or guarantee earnings. Results depend on your actual costs and sales. Sales tax, income tax, refunds, free attendees, and complex ticket arrangements are outside the model.

Can I buy it now?
