WorkshopTally is a downloadable digital planning kit, sold for CA$24 as a one-time purchase. It includes an offline HTML planner, a quick-start guide and promotion templates. It is designed for use in a current desktop browser.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same kit more than once, contact us. After verifying the duplicate payments, we will refund the duplicate purchase.
Technical problems
If you cannot download or open the kit, contact us so we can help restore access or resolve the problem. If a technical problem with the supplied kit prevents its use in a supported desktop browser and we cannot resolve it, we will refund the affected purchase.
Change of mind and results
We do not offer a money-back trial or change-of-mind guarantee. The kit helps you plan using your own inputs; it does not guarantee attendance, revenue or profit. Outside the cases described above, refunds are not offered unless required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
How to request help or a refund
Email workshoptallysupport@gmail.com with your checkout email, receipt or purchase reference, and a description of the issue. For technical problems, include your browser, device and any error message. Do not send passwords or card details.
Requests are reviewed manually. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. Refunded or disputed purchases cannot be used to obtain new downloads or recovery links.
Need another download?
Your original download session lasts 24 hours. If you need access afterwards, email support. After verifying your purchase, we can provide a private recovery link. Keep your downloaded ZIP and planner backups in a safe place.
