These terms describe the use of WorkshopTally and the purchase of its downloadable planner kit. For questions, contact workshoptallysupport@gmail.com.

What you are buying

The kit is a one-time CA$24 digital purchase, not a subscription or a physical product. It includes an offline HTML planner, instructions, a worked example and message templates. Use a current desktop browser, with JavaScript enabled, to open the planner. The checkout displays the amount payable before you confirm payment.

Delivery and access

After Stripe confirms payment, you can download the kit from the purchase page. We also send the ZIP and getting-started instructions to your checkout email. The browser download session lasts 24 hours; the files you download do not expire. If your email or download is missing, contact support with your purchase reference. After checking your payment, we can arrange another download.

Your licence

Your purchase permits you to reuse and adapt the kit for your own workshop planning, including paid workshops. It does not permit sharing, distributing or reselling the kit itself. The full licence explains these terms. You may use the customer-facing messages you prepare for your own workshops.

Planning estimates

Results depend on the numbers you enter. Check your costs, fees, pricing and bookings before committing money. WorkshopTally does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice and does not guarantee sales, attendance or profit. The calculators do not calculate sales or income taxes. You are responsible for your workshop, customer arrangements and applicable requirements.

Your saved plans

The offline kit stores plans on your device. Download backups and keep copies of your files. Clearing browser storage, changing devices or losing files can remove local plans; we do not hold a server copy of them.

Refunds and help

Our refund policy covers duplicate purchases and unresolved technical problems. We do not offer a money-back trial. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that apply under consumer law.

Responsible use

Do not attempt to access another customer's downloads, the owner's dashboard or private information, interfere with the service, or submit automated spam. Use accurate contact details so we can deliver your purchase and help with access.

Privacy and updates

Our privacy policy explains information handling. We may update the website and these terms; the date above identifies this version. Changes do not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. No recurring service, lifetime update programme or guaranteed future feature is included in the purchase.
